Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015 this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in the shares and securities of the company by the designated /connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f April 1 2025 for the approval of audited financial results of the company for the Fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 . The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of aforeside fiancial results.
