In continuation to our letter dated March 11 2025 we wish to inform that the company has received communication(s) from both the Depositories i.e NSDL and CDSL confirming change in RTA of the Company from M/s. Purva Sharegistry (I) Private Limited to M/s. Skyline Financial Services Private Limited for electronic connectivity w.e.f April 02 2025. Details of new RTA is attached.
