Pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that due to the completion of Open Offer and the Letter of offer dated 5th December 2024 pursuant to the provision of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 the promoters of the Company has been reclassified to public category.
