Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and code of Corporate Disclosure Practices we wish to inform that Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01.04.2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaraation of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financials year ended 31st March 2025.
