Kindly take note of the details of the paid up capital and net worth as per the audited financial statements of the Company for previous three financial years i.e. 2023-24 2022-23 and 2021-22.We have already provided a certificate from Sanjay Raja Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants dated August 01 2024 confirming the Non-applicability of Regulation 27(2) (a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. As per the enclosed certificate the company is not required to submit a quarterly report on Corporate Governance under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
